Consumer/Family Satisfaction Team

The Consumer/Family Satisfaction Team insures that people with Community Care Behavioral Health care (CCBH) and county funded care are receiving a high level of service.

Our team does this by conducting regular surveys on provider performance with CCBHO clients in their homes at community centers, at provider sites and over the telephone.  Because our team consists exclusively of mental and behavioral health-care consumers or their family members, we are adept at promoting a good rapport with our clients.

Besides ascertaining and reporting problems with provider services, the CFS team is also a contact through which those surveyed can voice other concerns that are not provider-related.  In regards to these other issues, the CFS team can often put the client in touch with resources and agencies that may help.

By improving and maintaining the quality of mental and behavioral health care for the people it surveys the CFS team raises the level of services for the Berks community at large.
